Grievance Manager Wraps Up Another Great Year!

2025 was a strong year for our Grievance Manager applications.  Unions are using Grievance Manager more than ever, and Union Staff, Reps and Stewards continue to say it’s saved time and helped efficiency.  A few innovations offered in 2025:

  • Saved searches: new Grievance Manager apps now have the ability to save advanced searches for repeated and, optionally, for shared use.
  • 2FA: (two factor authorization) new Grievance Manager apps now come with 2FA on request, and older apps may be retrofitted for 2FA. Just ask!
  • Email ingestion: some Grievance Manager applications may now come with email ingestion – a specfic email address where users or members may send email with document attachments, to be automatically pulled into a Grievance Manager case.
  • AI chat bot trained on CBAs: some Grievance Managers may now come with a feature allowing users to ask any question about their contract or procedures to a built-in AI chat that is trained on your contract. (This is experimental for use by stewards, but not meant to replace in-person consultation with Union Reps!).
