CUPE Local 873, in need of a customized and automated grievance and arbitration tracking and storage system, contacted Union Built PC Inc. We spoke with Cameron Eby, Provincial Recording Secretary and scheduled an online demo that would take them through our application and the process to customize it to their exact needs. They liked our product and we began the customization process which took about 6 weeks. CUPE Local 873 will go live on July 1st with Grievance Manager customized and tailored to their exact specifications. The best part is that once we build it, the code is turned over to the customer and they own it and can host it anywhere.
